How do I order?
You can order securely online through the website, and pay immediately with a Credit/Debit card or with Paypal.

Alternatively you can place your order online, then choose the "Send Cheque or Postal Order" option. Please then print a copy of your order confirmation and send this with your payment to the address printed on the confirmation.

When placing your order, please ensure you have given your correct sizes and delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for orders which are lost or delayed in the post due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Pleae note that all our prices are quoted in £Sterling

We accept most major Credit and Debit cards, Amex, Paypal, Postal Orders and Cheques in £Sterling (made payable to R Woods), Money Orders in $US Dollars, Canadian Money Orders in £Sterling (max £100 per Money Order), and cash in any currency.

Do you make items for men?
Yes!

We make for any one, any size, any gender! Enquiries from cross dressers are welcome.

All our garments are based on patterns to fit the female shape, however by providing your own measurements we can make items to fit you.

Knickers will follow the female style and have a narrow gusset than pants designed for men - please just let us know by email (sue@boutique.co.uk) f you would like the gusset to be made a little wider.

How do you package and post items?
Items are all packed in plain packaging - generally a plain grey mailing bag - and the only identifying mark on the parcel is our P O Box address printed on the reverse just in case there are problems with delivery. We do try to be as discreet as possible - not always easy as some items can be quite heavy !

We use Royal Mail standard post for items being sent within the UK, and standard Airmail post for items going abroad. Although these items are not tracked, we do obtain a Certificate of Posting for every parcel we send.

We do include the option for Registered Post on our website for UK orders - these items will be sent by Special Delivery, which is fully tracked.

If you require tracking on a parcel being sent out of the UK, please email us at sue@boutique.co.uk to let us know. We can arrange this service, but each parcel is packed and priced individually - therefore we can only price the delivery for you once the order is made. We will let you know the cost before sending, and will require separate payment for this service.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Firstly, please remember that we are making all our garments individually to order - these garments are not picked from stock!

However, we aim to despatch within 3 working days. This timescale can slip a little during very busy periods, but we will always try to despatch orders within 2 weeks. If it looks as though your order will take longer, we will let you know.

Delivery generally takes 2-3 days within the UK, 3-4 days to European destinations and 5-6 days to everywhere else. If you have any concerns, please email us at sue@boutique.co.uk

Do you have a retail outlet?
No, sorry.

Because we make every item individually to order, we sell directly to you, our customers, by Mail Order - we do not have any retail outlets or any other authorised distributors of our clothing.

What size am I?
Our standard size chart appears at the top of every page on the website. We can make items smaller and larger than the sizes mentioned on this chart,. However, if you are in doubt about your sizing, just choose "unsure" as you can give your measurements separately on the website - go to "Size Charts" at the bottom of the left hand menu bar, and you will find the facility to enter your own measurements. Alternatively, just follow up your order with an email to us, quoting your order reference number - email sue@boutique.co.uk

Please do not guess your size! While some of our designs are quite loose fitting and forgiving with the sizing, others are not (notably the fitted dress styles). If you are in any doubt at all, please provide your measurements.

Do you make to measure?
Yes!

Although we ask you to give us your size (based on our standard size chart) for every item, we do understand that very few people fit comfortably into standard sizes. As we are making every item individually, it is very easy to adapt our patterns to ensure items fit well.

If you are in doubt about your sizing, just choose "unsure" as you can give your measurements separately on the website - go to "Size Charts" at the bottom of the left hand menu bar, and you will find the facility to enter your own measurements. Alternatively, just follow up your order with an email to us, quoting your order reference number - email sue@boutique.co.uk

Please note, if you have provided measurements as well as a clothing size, we will always work to the measurements.

Do you make garments to my own specification?
Yes!

We can make special one-off garments to your own design.

We like to work off drawings/sketches or pictures wherever possible, as a written descriptions may seem clear to one person but will conjure up something entirely different to someone else! We are only human!

Please provide as much information with your drawings as possble - fabric choice, colour, basic measurements, details of any trimmings or extras. We will provide you with a written quotation by post or email for making this item as a true one-off garment. Please allow us 1 week to produce the quotation.

Can you make your garments slightly differently to those pictured?
Yes!

Because we make everything to order, we can change the design as we make things up. Often we can make these changes with very little extra charge, or no extra charge at all.

If you want an item making slightly differently - such as longer/shorter sleeves or skirt, different fabric, etc - please email us at sue@boutique.co.uk in the first instance - we can then let you know if there would be any additional cost involved, and the best way of placing your order.
