Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You will be asked to give your size or measurements, and your colour and trim requirements. Please ensure that your sizing is correct - our standard sizes are not the same as High Street sizes!
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro cards and also Paypal payments. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or you can order securely from this website.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling Please ensure that you have given the correct Delivery address details. We cannot be held responsible for loss or delay to parcels as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address being given on the order. If you do spot an error after placing your order, please email us at sue@boutique.co.uk with the correct information.
Garments are packed in either a secure polythene mailing bag or a brown heavy duty mailing bag, depending on the bulkiness of the items ordered.
We aim to keep packages as discreet as possible. The only identifying mark on the package is our P O Box return address in case of any problems with delivery.
Shipping charges are based on order value and estimated parcel weight. Postal services are either standard 1st or 2nd class packet post for UK shipping, and standard Airmail packet post for all international shipping - please note that there is no tracking for these services, but we do obtain a Certificate of Posting for every parcel sent out. We do also provide the option of using a tracked and insured postal service - postal options may vary depending on the destination. Orders over £1000 in value will be sent using a tracked and insured service as standard.
If you require any other delivery service such as International Courier, please contact us at time of ordering. - the price for these services will be calculated on a case by case basis, and will depend on the weight and parcel size of the completed order. We reserve the right therefore to request additional payment towards the cost of postage once the order is ready to be despatched.

Delivery Schedule All items are made individually custom-made to your specification - we don't keep stock. Even so, we aim to despatch your order within 5 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery particularly at busy periods.
If you are concerned about progress with your order for any reason please contact us. Also, if you require an outfit for a specific date, please let us know so that we can ensure it is made and despatched in good time.

Returns Policy All our items are individually made to your specification - we do not pick items from stock. Every item is made to your own size, fabric and colour specification - this is how we are able to offer such a huge range of styles, fabrics and colours
Standard size items returned within 7 days of date of despatch from our premises can be exchanged or refunded on the understanding that they are clean, unused and in a new condition. A restocking charge of 40% will be made, therefore the maximum refund or replacement value is 60% of the cost of the returned item (not including postage & packing)
Sadly we cannot give refunds on "Sale" items or "made-to-measure" items, although we will of course alter items returned to us to ensure a perfect fit (at NO CHARGE if we are at fault). A reasonable extra charge will be made where a client's own information is at fault.
Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on knickers. Replacements will be charged at full cost if the customer's own information is at fault and provided the originals are returned to us in a clean unworn condition. If our own information is at fault we will supply replacements free of charge.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL:
Regulation 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations applies to our items which are individually custom-made to your specification. Nothwithstanding this, we will accept cancellationswithin 24 hours of you placing an order. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 40% charge if work has already started.
Once the order has been made and despatched, we cannot accept cancellations. |
